Blue Flag beaches and marinas in Turkey

"Blue Flag" award ceremony was held in Kusadasi resort town in the city of Aydin after Blue Flag International Jury in Danish capital of Copenhagen announced 235 beaches and 14 marinas of Turkey worthy to get "Blue Flag" award. Only 2,579 beaches and 631 marinas are given "Blue Flag" awards in the world.

Turkey obtains the 4th place for 2007 with the number of blue flags after Spain (499 blue flags), Greece (430) and France (238).
